Locations GET HELP LOCATIONS Welcome to Evergreen Treatment Services ETS ETS is the largest provider of substance use Treatment and streetbased outreach in western Washington. At ETS healingcentered treatment and outreach put people first. Since 1973 our interdisciplinary staff have been dedicated to serving people on their terms with recovery support services that work for them. We meet participants where they are offering medications for opioid use disorder at three clinics in King and Thurston Counties and four mobile clinics.
