Anchor of Hope serves Kern County. Our mission is to help alleviate hunger, unemployment and homelessness in our community by helping to provide food from our pantry, offer computer training, life skills training, provide work development skills, clothing distributions, Literacy Support, local public transportation, (case by case), and we have a emergency shelter/housing facility and also provide referrals for those that are in need of shelter. Anchor of Hope Outreach Center has been serving the community now for the past 13 years.
