Home Our Mission At Pope Valley Animal Rescue we are committed to reducing the overpopulation of stray and feral cats in our community. That is why we offer spayneuter and trapneuterrelease TNR programs to help control the cat population and improve their welfare. Spaying or neutering your cat prevents unwanted litters reduces the risk of certain diseases and can improve their behavior. TNR is a humane method of trapping feral cats sterilizing them and returning them to their colonies where they can live out their natural lives without reproducing.
