Yesterday, 27 FloCrit teen moms #graduated from high school 🎓 Through determination and hard work, these young parents have earned their high school diplomas or GEDs, and we couldn't be more proud. Their success is also made possible by the wraparound support teen families receive through our Student and Family Support Program, including: 💟 One-on-one case management 💟 Bilingual individual and group therapy 💟 Basic needs assistance 💟 Housing support When teen moms and their children have a solid foundation beneath them, they can focus on their #goals and build a brighter future.
