Our Mission At the Aspire Higher Foundation we strive to establish vibrant community spaces and innovative programs in the Near Northwest Neighborhood where residents can live create and connect. We actively work to eradicate systemic racism social injustice and a history of disinvestment in our community by renovating and building residential dwellings. We seek to uplift the community by revitalizing and repurposing existing structures.
