We recently wrapped up Sawtooth Essentials, a 600 SF tenant improvement project at the Boise Airport! We transformed a former arcade into a sleek new travel retail space featuring high-end millwork, upgraded flooring, lighting, signage, and commercial-grade coolers. The project included a full rework of HVAC, electrical, low-voltage, and fire suppression systems to meet the demands of the new use. What a beautiful day to spend with South Puget Sound Habitat for Humanity for their annual Women Build event! Thanks to the incredible work they are doing, much needed housing will be constructed in the Tâlíčn neighborhood, while raising awareness of the challenges women face in homeownership. Tâlíčn was named in partnership with the Cowlitz Indian Tribe and means "to help" in the Lower Cowlitz Coast Salish language. A big thank you to JJ, Alison, Teresa, and Aileen for representing our team and helping out throughout the day—your efforts made it possible for us to be part of such an amazing impact on this community!
