FOF provides an organizational structure, administrative services and facilitation for grassroots groups with a passion for projects that will improve the health related-quality of life in our communities but which do not necessarily the desire or capacity to create an independent non-profit organization. All programs provide access to resources that increase particpants' ability to make informed choices that lead to increased personal, family and community health.
