Pet Partners of the Oregon Coast | Pet Therapy Animals Pet Partners of the Oregon Coast formerly known as Oregon Coast Therapy Animals began on the grounds of a horse stable in Seal Rock Oregon in June 2004. Seven individuals with a desire to incorporate their animals in being of service to their community met to form a group to do just that. Two were registered Pet Partner formerly known as Delta Society teams and were looking for a local forum for visiting facilities with their therapy animals. Pet Partners of the Oregon Coast is a Community Partner with Pet Partners which has continued to grow and add Pet Partner teams.
