The Weber FOP Lodge #1 is an open lodge that takes care of officers from all agencies with the borders of Weber and Morgan Counties in the State of Utah. The Weber Fraternal Order of Police Lodge is the first FOP Lodge in Utah. It is an open lodge for all peace officers in Utah. TO SUPPORT AND DEFEND THE CONSTITUTIONS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF UTAH; TO INCULCATE LOYALTY AND ALLEGIANCE TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICAN, THE STATE OF UTAH, AND THE COMMUNITIES WE WORK FOR; TO PROMOTE AND FOSTER THE ENFORCEMENT OF LAW AND ORDER; TO IMPROVE THE INDIVIDUAL AND COLLECTIVE PROFICIANCY OF OUR MEMBERS IN THE PERFORMANCE OF THEIR DUTIES; TO ENCOURAGE FRATERNAL, EDUCATIONAL, CHARITABLE, AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES AMOUNG LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS; TO ADVOCATE AND STRIVE FOR THE UNIFORM APPLICATION OF CIVIL SERVICE MERIT SYSTEM FOR APPOINTMENT AND PROMOTION; TO SUPPORT THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE STANDARD OF LIVING AND WORKING CONDITIONS OF THE LAW ENFORCEMENT PROFESSION THROUGH EVERY LEGAL AND ETHICAL MEANS AVAILABLE; TO CREATE AND MAINTAIN TRADITINAL ESPRIT DE CORPS INSURING FIDELITY TO DUTY UNDER ALL CONDITIONS AND CIRCUMSTANCES; TO CULTIVATE A SPIRIT OF FRATERNALISM AND MUTUAL HELPFULNESS AMONG OUR MEMBERS AND THE PEOPLE WE SERVE; TO INCREASE THE EFFICIENCY OF THE LAW E
