About Our Program Northern Cheyenne Food Pantry is a nonprofit organization founded by Emma Harris to provide food assistance to those in need especially during the covid pandemic. We are familyoriented and strive to create a welcoming atmosphere for all those who come to us for help. Our team is committed to meeting the needs of our clients with empathy dignity and respect.
