Home DAR is a womens volunteer service organization dedicated to promoting historic preservation education patriotism and honoring the Patriots of the American Revolutionary War. We sponsor DAR Good Citizen Essay contests and chapter scholarships annually as well as other awards to promote education. We participatein a wide variety of projects in our community because we feel it is crucial to saving our history for future generations. We promote the idea of love of country and we support our currentand retired military and their extended families who help us.
