Bakersfield ARC is the largest Service Provider in Kern County that offers employment and care for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The mission of the Bakersfield ARC is to build a stronger community by helping people with intellectual and developmental disabilities achieve individual goals for a better life. The non-profit organization provides for the needs of over 350 adults with developmental and other disabilities.
