Education Beyond Expectations North Side Community School goes above and beyond expectations by providing an education that not only focuses on academic excellence but also nurtures the holistic development of each student. North Side Community School is a free public school with open enrollment for children in prekindergarten through eighth grade. We focus on the whole child offering an exceptional academic and life experience. We put basic living needs and basic academic skills mastery high on our priority list with extended day enrichment programming and an extended school year further characterizing our approach to education.
