The Empowerment Center was established in 1997 and has helped hundreds of individuals living with HIV/AIDS in El Paso and its surrounding areas. The Empowerment Center is the leader in assisting infected people and affected family members and friends in their time of need. With offices In El Paso, Texas and Las Cruces, New Mexico, The Empowerment Center provides for Western Texas and Southern New Mexico areas. The Empowerment Center offers a safe friendly and family environment and we serve the Border Regions, too, of Chihuahua and Cd. Juarez.
