Wesserunsett Arts Council Culture and Arts in Somerset County The Wesserunsett Arts Council WesArts is a 501c3 nonprofit with a mission to cultivate creativity harness historic strength and weave culture into our future as we celebrate Somerset County. We envision a region where residents educators businesses and government value support and fully integrate arts culture and heritage into the fabric of civic life. There are three subgroups of WesArts Open Arts HooSkow Radio 98. 1 FM and Somerset Rural Cultural Planning.
