The need for black and brown psychologists is undeniable as they bring crucial cultural understanding to mental health care. Within these communities there exists a critical shortage of mental health professionals who comprehend the cultural nuances historical contexts and systemic challenges that shape individuals39 wellbeing. By raising funds for scholarships to support students from black and brown communities we can actively address this disparity.
