Community Bridges envisions a thriving community where every person has the opportunity to unleash their full potential. Together, our family of programs delivers essential services, provides equitable access to resources, and advocates for health and dignity across every stage of life. Our Family of 10 programs located at 20 sites include: Child Development Division, Child & Adult Care Food Program, Elderday Adult Day Health Care, Family Resource Collective (La Manzana, Live Oak, Mountain, and Nueva Vista), Lift Line, Meals, and Women, Infants & Children (WIC). We provide transportation, healthy food, senior daycare, early education, tutoring, health care, and classes in breastfeeding, parenting, and literacy. We provide these and other services without charge or at very low cost.
