LEO Santa LEO Santa Bringing compassion joy and love to children and families in upstate South Carolina LEO Santa is a consortium of first responders who volunteer their offduty time to serve families with gifts donated by members of the upstate community. Through our annual toy drive mission Santas Heroes and our fire displacement program Reignite Hope we serve lowincome areas and emergency circumstances by partnering with first response agencies schools and communityfaithbased organizations to spread joy.
