Mission: To provide free healthcare and education to empower the medically uninsured through compassionate transformational care. How: We work collaboratively towards a whole-community solution and resources beyond the medical visit. Working with funders and partners, real life struggles that keep patients from getting well, we provide life-changing transformational solutions. Vision: We envision a future where everyone can reach their health and wellness potential. Motto: Empowering Healthy Lives for All Why we serve: Because we believe lives can be transformed when we love our neighbors as Christ loves us (Luke 10:25-31) All services are provided without regard to religion or other discriminators.
