On June 23 1973 six original Homeowner Associations formed and incorporated the Green Valley Community Coordinating Council. Its mission was to provide a unified voice and represent the views and interests of unincorporated Green Valley. The first 50 years saw accomplishments such as development of a Phone Directory Household Hazardous Waste Collection Sun Shuttle Transportation Buffelgrass Abatement DisposeAMed Parkland Acquisition Road Remediation Prioritization Audible Crosswalk Signals and Covid19 Community Response.
