National Arts Strategies, Inc.
NAS supports individuals, organizations, and the field to help realize the full potential of creatives in a time when that potential is most needed as a means of self-expression, to promote equity, inclusion and help support a more civil society. NAS was founded by the Ford, Rockefeller, and Mellon Foundations over 20 years ago to stabilize communities of arts organizations throughout the United States. We have worked on multi-year technical assistance and educational programs in 10 cities and conducted educational seminars for over 2000 participants in the United States and abroad. NAS works with governing boards and senior leadership to invest in leaders' development and help them strengthen all areas of planning and operations.
