(ERDA), is a community-based non-profit organization located in Long Island City, Queens. The mission of Urban Upbound is to provide residents of public housing and surrounding neighborhoods with the tools and resources needed to achieve economic mobility and self-sufficiency, and to break inter-generational cycles of poverty.
