Our Origin Story: Purple Campaign — The Purple Method Our Origin Story In 2018 we launchedthe Purple Campaign a nonprofit advocacy organization aimed at addressing workplace harassment by implementing stronger corporate policies establishing better laws and empowering people to create lasting change within their own workplaces and communities. For more than five years the Purple Campaign pushed lawmakers and corporate leaders to take action filed amicus briefs in key court cases and developed tools and resources to educate people everywhere about how best to address the problem of workplace harassment. We successfully enacted new legislation on the state and federal level and created change in the courts and corporate America.
