9 out of 10 nonprofits in LA County are experiencing mental health challenges after the fires, according to our poll. In the wake of January’s wildfires, CNM surveyed nonprofits across the impacted regions and the results were concerning. Nearly 9 out of 10 organizations told us their staff are experiencing mental health challenges, including burnout. These are the same teams holding up vulnerable communities through crisis after crisis.
