Rev. Dr. Bywaters Memorial Scholarship – Scholarship dedicated to Dr. Bywaters Follow Your Dreams The Marva Garner Bywaters Memorial Scholarship was created in 2016 by Rev. Dr. Leo Griffin Pastor Welsey Chapel AME Church Houston Texas. The Scholarship was established in her honor and financial assistance is offered to students who are entering or currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as well as those pursuing their trade of choice and are enrolled in an accredited trade school.
