Girls Inc. of Greater Santa Barbara is a non-partisan organization with the mission of inspiring all girls to be strong, smart, and bold. Our vision is empowered girls in an equitable world. Girls Inc.'s comprehensive approach to whole-girl development equips girls to navigate systemic gender, economic, and social biases to help them grow up healthy, educated, and independent. Through evidence-based out-of-school learning & enrichment programming and advocacy initiatives, girls develop the skills they need to become healthy, educated, independent women and engaged members of the community.
