United To Learn
The mission of United to Learn (U2L) is to change lives by transforming the relationship between schools and community. Founded in 2017, U2L acts as a bridge between public schools and the private sector; delivering District-aligned, researched-backed programming to close opportunity gaps, drive equitable student achievement, and develop more purposeful leaders across Dallas. Knowing that a child reading on grade level at 3rd grade is 4 times more likely to graduate high school, we are committed to ensuring that all children can read, defining 3rd-grade reading proficiency as our North Star metric.
