Cancer Patient Support Foundation Living with cancer is difficult. We offer support to help ease the burden. Cancer Patient Support Foundation CPSF provides emergency financial assistance and support to cancer patients in Vermont who need help paying for basic living expenses during treatment. Since 2001 the CPSF Emergency Fund has awarded more than 3 million to help cancer patients throughout Vermont cover essential needs like home heat and electricity bills groceries housing outofpocket medical expenses and gas for transportation to medical appointments.
