A year ago, Nicole was waiting outside Catholic Charities Samaritan House overnight shelter, Holy Rosary, unsure if she’d get a bed to sleep in. Today, she’s thriving—with a home, a career and a mission to uplift other women. For International Women’s Month, she led a clothing drive through her employer to give back to the place that gave her hope: Samaritan House. “She saw me,” Nicole says, remembering the moment a case manager offered her a way forward.
