Smart Thinking Foundation Our Mission The mission of the CESA 6 Smart Thinking Foundation is to promote innovation in learning by supporting directed programs for educational systems. Generous donations from CM Regent Insurance Company and Oshkosh Corporation over the years have allowed the CESA 6 Smart Thinking Foundation to sponsor microgrants for school and systems and bring in top national speakers at low to nocost for educational leadership and professional development events. CESA 6 is a nonprofit cooperative educational service agency whose mission is to provide solutions to school systems to maximize success. MicroGrants Through a donation from CESA 6 the Smart Thinking Foundation is making 40000 in microgrants available to K12 school systems in Wisconsin for 2025.
