The Citizens Utility Board of Wisconsin (CUB) is a consumer advocacy group and member-supported nonprofit organization fighting for utility ratepayers in WI. The Citizens Utility Board of Wisconsin (CUB), Wisconsin's only consumer advocacy group fighting for utility ratepayers, is a member-supported nonprofit organization. CUB is a member-supported nonprofit organization whose purpose is to: * Provide public interest legal services to ensure effective and democratic representation of residential and small business utility customers before regulatory agencies, the legislature, and the courts; * Advocate for reliable, affordable and sound utility service; and * Educate consumers on matters relating to utility regulation and energy policy.
