Frink Foundation Frink Foundation Better Hearing Through Audiology Partnerships The Norm and JoAnn Frink Hearing Foundation believes good hearing health is essential for good physical mental and social health. To that end we provide donated hearing aids to our Oregon audiologist partners to fit their uninsured and underinsured patients. Hearing health for everyone. Approximately 15 of people over the age of 18 report some degree of hearing difficulty but only around a quarter of people with significant hearing losses currently use hearing aids.
