Today our properties are home to more than 1000 families and friends who call SoMa their home. Our residents are a living testament to what happens when you put people first in our neighborhood. Our very own 6M Community Arts will be hosting their first group show, Sense of Sixth, featuring artists of the Sixth Street neighborhood on Saturday July 26th from 2-6PM. Mark you calendars and make sure to stop by to hang out and enjoy some food and drink on their opening day. A whole mess of great artists will be involved, and working on some live music options.

🎨 Community Spotlight: 6M Community Arts Opens on Sixth Street Earlier this spring, TODCO proudly opened the 6M Community Arts—a vibrant new art space at 1000 Mission Street showcasing work by Central City and SoMa artists. As part of our launch, we were honored to take part in Hospitality House’s annual art auction fundraiser, which included a citywide Art Crawl, a silent auction, and a beautiful live event at St. Joseph's Art Society.
