Changing the world WHO WE ARE The Keffer Foundation is a nonprofit organization that believes in changing the world by impacting our communities one life at a time. At the present time our board is made up of three individuals Raymond Keffer Chairman of the Board LaTanya Keffer Secretary Lynnette Keffer member. In June of 2019 our Foundation lost its hero Charles Keffer it was at that time we decided that moving forward everything we do would be done in his memory.
