Overview

The Hawaii Asphalt Paving Industry (HAPI) is a nonprofit organization registered as a 501(c)(6) entity. Established in 1989, HAPI is dedicated to promoting and educating its members, government agencies, and design consultants within the asphalt paving industry. • Associate Members: Companies supplying asphalt sealing products, furnishing equipment for asphalt pavement construction, or otherwise associated with the industry.

As a relatively small organization, HAPI employs a single individual and relies on volunteers. The principal officer is Jon M. Young, who serves as the President/Director.
