HUGS HUGS Help Understanding Group Support Since 1982 HUGS supports Hawaii families statewide with a child up to age 21 who has been diagnosed with a lifethreatening illness or disease. Our mission is to strengthen Hawaiis families and improve their quality of life as they face the emotional and financial hardships of caring for a seriously ill child. Join us at our largest fundraiser of the year the HUGS Annual Gala. This years westernpaniolothemed Giddy Up for HUGS Gala will be night to remember fill with good food great company and plenty of country flair all in support of Hawaiis seriously ill children and their families.
