HUGS Help Understanding Group Support Since 1982 HUGS supports Hawaii families statewide with a child up to age 21 who has been diagnosed with a lifethreatening illness or disease. Our mission is to strengthen Hawaiis families and improve their quality of life as they face the emotional and financial hardships of caring for a seriously ill child. Join us at our largest fundraiser of the year the HUGS Annual Gala.
