There were four 2025 Wisconsin Lake Stewardship Awards announced at the WIsconsin Lakes Convention in Stevens Point on March 27th. As many of you know, one was awarded to FOECLA's Cris Neff for her work with FOECLA's Lake Ecology Education Program. (LEEP) Did you know that another of the four awards, for Excellence in Professional Services, went to DNR Water Quality Professional Pamela Toshner, also a Barnes resident.
