F. The purpose of our organization is to assist rising financial leaders who need help in obtaining training and mentoring to be prepared for their first CFO role. Our sessions are specifically designed to provide that mentoring. The volunteer speakers provide high level overviews of each topic, and other volunteers in the audience offer to provide 1 on 1 mentoring sessions when a participant has trouble understanding specific topics

CFO Rising is a nonprofit centered on developing the next class of CFO39s. Our Mission is to provide our Members with the knowledge relationships and peer group to help them as they rise through their accounting or finance career on their path to becoming a CFO. We39ve built a program that focuses on all the core facets of being a great CFO that will be delivered to our Members by practicing CFOs. CFO Rising brings together over 15 well known and respected CFOs in the DC area to deliver our content and provide mentorship and development throughout the program.
