Central City Human Services' mission statement is helping those who cannot help themselves. We advocate for individuals in the community by providing supportive services, rehabilitative support, community resources, and human rights to populations living with barriers. This population includes but is not limited to developmentally disabled, homeless, at-risk youth, seniors, and formerly incarcerated individuals.
