Heart of the Fathers Bridging THE gap Between generations WHO WE ARE Hi Im Roland Thompson founder of the Heart of the Fathers movement and our mission is to inspire enhance and empower grandparents to have a positive impact on their grandchildren. To date the richest experiences Ive had include the opportunities Ive created to bond walk beside and share experiences with my grandchildren. I should know something about grandkids I have fortynine. Once I released the habit of viewing and I dare say judging through the lens of my generation and expectations and spent time getting to know them everything shifted almost immediately.
