PROGRAMS Victory Africa Ministries VAMKabale Uganda Through homes for orphaned and street children and the nursery and primary school VAM provides education and comprehensive social services to children. Additionally VAM provides microenterprise training and start up funds for women. All programs help break the cycle of poverty and create healthier families.
