Home - Wasatch Forensic Nurses WELCOME Wasatch Forensic Nurses is a nonprofit mobile team of Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners performing forensic exams for victims of rape sexual assault and interpersonal violence at no charge to the victim. We serve 26 hospitals in Salt Lake Utah Summit and Wasatch counties. WFN reaffirms its commitment to treat all victims of violence with equity dignity and compassion. We stand for and support social justice and reject all forms of discrimination racism and violence.
