Our mission at Bridge is "Helping themselves by helping others". We believe that by helping others in need, we are giving our lives purpose. Mental health is nurtured when helping others and the benefits of volunteering include increasing happiness, decreasing depression and finding at sense of self. Bridge is dedicated to finding opportunities for the teens of Middleton High School that are "value add", meaning that kids get visual gratification since they are face to face with people and "getting their hands dirty".
