All funds support the Haitian staff of nurses and physicians who work in three operating and emergency rooms. our services Education Receiving an education in Haiti is a coveted privilege. Higgins Brothers SurgiCenter is working with chief surgical residents from General Hospital in PortauPrince providing an operating room setting for learning general vascular obstetric gynecological and urological surgical techniques and procedures to enhance their skillsets.
