WJCTF - West Jefferson County Community Task Force Home The West Jefferson County Community Task Force WJCCTF was established by the Jefferson County Division of Environmental Health and Protection to identify environmental problems in the West Louisville area. The Task Force focus ison environmental justice concernsof 12 neighborhoods in West Louisville. Every third Tuesday monthly educational community meetings are held. Residents of any community are welcome to attend.
