Ready to Launch Optional email code We help women launch careers in government and politics. At Ready to Launch we believe in expanding access to careers in government and politics and centering voices that have historically been excluded. We expand opportunities for selfidentifying women in Los Angeles County to learn about staff careers in politics and government through our public events and innovative fellowship program. We provide the training mentorship stipends and support that our fellows need to succeed.
