Home - Winston Prouty Center Home Winston Prouty Center for Child and Family Development provides inclusive education and family support to promote the success of children and families. The Center is comprised of the Early Learning Center which provides highquality early care and education to children ages 6 weeks through age 5 and Community Based Services which includes Childrens Integrated Services Family Supportive Housing and Child Care Support Services. Prouty ParentBaby Group This group for parents with new babies now meets twice a week Mondays the focus will be the first months of babys life and on Wednesdays topics will be more relevant babies whove started to crawl and beyond. Free to dropin.
