Global water and climate science research and analytics Water is key to the development and security of our planet. Changes in water availability because of growing demands and climate change require global partnerships to find solutions. Our mission is to organise global research in hydrology and climate science to benefit governments and populations in need. PCI is a nonprofit 501c3 organisation that brings together scientists and experts from around the world to shed light on water and climate risks and to work with NGOs and government agencies to mitigate those risks.
