Welcome to Owners First Association. Formed in 2017 Owners First Association is an independent nonprofit organization which seeks to provide resources to commercial property owners and managers to promote their success in the commercial real estate business. Owners First Associations goal is to utilize our collective strength of the Associations membership to expand its strategic partnerships with real estate focused vendors such as valuation and advisory firms lighting and electrical design and installation firms utility procurement and savings programs legal services and continuing education opportunities. We strive to foster and facilitate the exchange of knowledge and best practices make available educational tools and seminars from industry leaders and experts and offer resources for improved risk management.
