Train up a child [a]in the way he should go, And even when he is old he will not depart from it (Proverbs 22:6, ASV). This is accomplished by providing the necessities for life (e.g., food, clothing, shelter, education, Christian instruction), and essential services that are integral to the wellbeing of the children and impoverished families, especially single parent families. Our vision is to bridge the essential services gap between rich and poor children and youth so that each child may live up to his or her potential for self, family, community, and society at large. In turn, each child will be encouraged to help others who come after them.
